★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お世話になり始めた当初、身体障害者をみてくれる訪問介護がない中、とても快く介護していただき、
皆さんとても暖かく、新しい家族ができたような安心感をもらいました。
通院中に具合が悪くなり、どうしようもないときには、わざわざ社長さんが車で来てくれて、家まで送ってくださったこともありました。
介護を受けるようになって数年が経ちますが、
親身にしていただき、感謝してもしきれません。
移動中にも悩みを聞いてくれたり、楽しくお話をしたり、
引っ越しを控え思い出が沢山です。
 At the beginning of the care, there was no visiting care to see the physically handicapped.
Everyone was very warm and reassured to have a new family.
When I was ill during my visit to the hospital and I couldn't help, the president had to come by car and send me home.
A few years have passed since I started to take care,
I cannot thank you for your kindness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらで働いているハ○ヌマ？というケアマネージャーが終始タメ口で信じられない。どういう教育をしているのか。それとも、この施設のえらいさんなのか。ケアマネージャーとは、施設の顔ではないのですか？こんなのを雇っている施設は信用できないし、絶対に身内を任せられません。不快すぎます。
Ha * numa working here? I can't believe the care manager from beginning to end. What kind of education are you doing? Or is it the great man of this facility? Isn't the care manager the face of the facility? I can't trust the facilities that hire them, and I can't leave them to my relatives. It's too uncomfortable.
