女性らしい華やかさと柔らかさで、レンタカーではなくどこかの美容サロンに迷い込んだかのよう。
素敵な笑顔とテキパキとした接客で返却の数分だったが、チップを渡したい位だった。
極めつけは、私がトラックで伺いかつバックで道路に出なければならなくて、誘導して下さったのだが雨の中濡れながらも笑顔を絶やさずに大きな声でそれを行ってくれた事。髪がびしょ濡れになる事もいとわず、段差があるからもう一度切り返して下さいなどと
丁寧に言って下さった。
接客とはかくありたい。
久しぶりに感動した接客だった。
やはりチップを渡すべきだったか。
