先日、レンタカー返却直前にガソリンを満タンに入れたつもりなのにガソリンゲージの方だけフルにならない不具合が発生してましたが、お店に事情を説明すると、特に疑われたり、細かく問い詰められることなく、愉快に信じてくれました。不具合の真偽や原因等はおいておいて、客を信じてくれる態度が私にはとても印象的でした。
