★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前2トントラックを借り、飛び石でフロントガラスに小さなヒビが入り、その事を報告すると、保険で直すが車が使えない間、本来稼働するはずの車が稼働出来ないと、￥25.000ほどレンタル代に別途請求取されました。
その後2年ほど経って、再度2トントラックを借りると、車内に「フロントガラスに小さなヒビが有りますが、走行に支障はございません」と書いてあった。
返す祭、スタッフの男性にその事を話すと、「何台もトラックが有るのでこの車両では無いかと…」とハッキリしない返事。
「では、当時の領収書に車両のナンバーも記載して取ってあるから見ようか？」と言うと、急に顔色が変わり、言葉にならないみたい。
私は「金を返せとは言わないが、今度こんな事をしたらでるとこに出るから」と話すと、「すみまん」とただただ平謝り。
ここはどうやら、法人にレンタルする事が主体で個人で借りる時は気をつけなきゃ。
それに保険代は、他のレンターカー会社と違ってレンタカー料金に含まれていません。

Apparently, this is mainly for renting to corporations, so you have to be careful when you rent it individually.
And insurance fees are not included in the rental fee, unlike other rental car companies.
