田	田中太郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日のお昼頃中古車の在庫確認で電話した所、在庫があるという事で片道2時間半かけて来店しました。ところが、着いて早々担当者に確認した所午前中で契約済みとなりその車は売り切れたと言われ唖然。またその前日から、商談が入っていたとも伝えられ電話で聞いてもいないような事ばかりで終始空いた口が塞がりませんでした。私が車の詳細をきちんと伝えていなかった事にも非があると思いますが、そもそも前日の段階で商談が入っている車なら事前にそのような旨を先に伝えるべきでは無いのでしょうか？その日店舗で対応してくれた方から謝罪は頂きましたが、電話で対応した担当者からは次の日に謝罪の電話もなく非常に不愉快な気持ちになりました。正直あまりこういうことは言いたくないですが客を舐めてるとしか思えませんでした。責任者が謝罪したから解決で済む問題では無いと思います。その辺を理解した上で、今後社内での情報共有等はしっかり行って頂きたいです。 When I called to check the stock of used cars around noon the other day, I came to the store for two and a half hours one way because it was in stock.
