愛想が良い。
ただピットの人達は挨拶しても無視されました。
2階にトヨタ車のいろんなミニカーがたくさんあります。みてるだけでも楽しい。

新車の購入しようと伺いましたが、駐車場に店員がいたにも関わらず、案内もなし。
店内に入っても誰も対応する気配がなく勝手にカタログだけ貰って帰りました。
当然見送りもありませんでした。

点検でいったが忘れてた事に対して謝りもせずヘラヘラしてばかり。年配の社員だったが印象も最悪。
二度とここには行きたくないし、人にも勧めれないです。
家から遠くなっても違うところに点検をだす事にしました。
トヨタ車を買う事があってもここでは絶対買いたくないな。

メーカー保証案件で入庫。
修理が終わって帰宅し、点検したら不備を発見。
電話したら、｢あれ～おかしいですね～w｣みたいな反応。
ドラレコに作業の一部が映ってたが、基本的な作業が抜けていた。(内容をぼかしています)
追加で、
・作業場の整理整頓がされてない
・作業場が狭く暗い(事故が起きそう)
・ジャケット来てる人(年配社員)と部下との人間関係が悪そう
若手社員は頑張っている分、不憫
ついでに、
営業の新車知識がイマイチ
代車の車内が汚い、皮脂の臭いがする
の理由で、この店はオススメしません

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場に店員が居たにも関わらず、車を停める際に、誘導もお辞儀もなく、目が合ったのに、何事もなかったように、すんなり店の中に入って行った。
その時点で腹が立ったが、さらに受付で無愛想な店員に鍵を渡した際に、ゴミを扱う用にカウンターに『ガシャーン』結構な音を立てて客の鍵を置いた。２階に上がって座って居てもドリンクも出さない。15分ぐらいして店員が上がって来たが素通り。電話では『待ち時間は上に上がって冷たいドリンクでもお飲みください』と言っていたが、話が違う。たまたま縁が合って新規で店に行ったが、もう二度と行くことはないだろう。客をバカにし過ぎです。
トヨタの接客態度とは思えない。
所詮カローラか。行きつけの店に行くべきだったと後悔。
