★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事で利用させていただきました。対応も丁寧で待つ事ない書類作成でした。車を貸す前の点検もキチッとしておりました。また、帰ってきた時も同じようにキチッと確認をいただきました。
それはいいんです。ですがね、私の乗っていった車がトヨタの車でなかったためなのか、どうであるかわかりませんが、私の車は鳥のフンが4箇所もビッチリ！！！！！
貸せた車の点検をキチッとするなら、こちらも置いていった車をキチッとしたいですね。
トヨタさんは車を貸せてくれたかもしれない。いや、貸せてやったかもしれない。乗ってきた車は何の責任もないかもしれない。乗っていった車にはビジネスが発生はしないが。
仕事より帰って我が車を見て愕然とした。ピカピカに磨けなんて思いもしないが、フンだらけになった自分の車は「どうでもいい」扱いされていたんだなと、憤慨した。

I was shocked to see my car after returning from work. I don't think I'd polish it shiny, but I was indignant that my car, which was full of shit, was treated as "don't care".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事の出張で月に2、3度こちらにお世話になっています。行くたびにあまりに素敵な対応ばかりで、温かな気持ちになるそんなお店です。
車両の説明や料金のやりとりなどとても細やかに丁寧に行ってくださいます。わからないことなども気軽に聞けるそんな雰囲気作りがとても上手だなぁと感じます。
毎回驚いてしまうのはスタッフの皆さんの細やかな心配りや気遣いです。お店の全員が素敵な接客の方ばかりで、長野来て良かったな〜〜といつも思います。皆さんめちゃくちゃ素敵ですが、眼鏡をかけた男性のスタッフさんの対応にはいつも感謝しています。
ぜひたくさんの方にこのお店を知っていただきたいなぁと思います‥
