半額セール時にマフラーをクリーニングに出したら、クリーニングをせずにそのまま畳んで袋詰されて返された。
受け取ったらすぐに自分で検品したほうが良い。(特にセール時)

卸したてのオーダーシャツのボタンがクリーニング行程でとれたようで、その旨申し出たところ「ボタンは消耗品なので取れやすい（よって仕方ない）」の一点張りで、似たようなボタンをつけてくれるようなのですが、その場での謝罪は一切なく非常に残念です。今後は近くの白洋舎を利用しようと思います。
