The other model houses are so gorgeous that the realistic Tama-Home is inferior. However, the actual completed house will be similar to Tama Home's model house. I think that the decorations of other companies make it difficult to judge the quality of the house itself.
C	Cosmic Antenna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常に美形の女性により、ご挨拶されて、奥へ招き入れられました。机にお茶が選べるようにメニュー表があるのですけれど、購買意欲旺盛で訪問しないと御茶は頂けません。私は反射的に「あ、グレープフルーツジュースほしい」などど思いました次第ですが、かような浅ましい気持ちを起こしてはなりません。こちら、二世帯住宅だそうです。ただし、ドアが１つだけです。階段スペースに謎の机と椅子があります。洗濯機の横にも机と椅子があり、あちこちで勉強できる素敵なおうちです。半地下の物置スペースがあり、個人的に子供のお仕置きスペースをインスパイアされました。 A very beautiful woman greeted me and invited me to the back. t	toshikatsu hayashi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「豊洲まちなみ公園」という、各ハウスメーカーのモデルルームが並んでいるエリアにあります。他のハウスメーカーとの違いは、なんといっても安さですかね。あとは、営業の方があまり説明をしてくれない...しつこいのも困りますが、自社製品の良さを説明して欲しいところです。他の方も書かれていますが、他のハウスメーカーのモデルルームよりも見劣りする(=悪いというわけでは決してありません、むしろ住むなら現実的かも)ので、最初に行くのが良いと思います。 It is located in the area called "Toyosu Machinami Park" where model rooms of each house maker are lined up. The difference with other house makers is that it is cheap. After that, the sales people don't explain much ... I don't want to be persistent, but I would like you to explain the goodness of your company's products. Others have written it, but it's inferior to the model rooms of other house makers (= it's not bad, it might be more realistic to live in), so I think it's best to go first.
