丁寧な接客で、打ち合わせ時にはなかった細かい要望もなんとか対応してくれました。難点の多い工事だったのですが、無事完成し、実家の変わりように感激しております。また実際に生活してから発生した細かい調整もすぐに対応してくださり、非常に満足です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リフォームしてから半年経ったので冷静に評価できると思い書きます。基本的には悪かった点の方が多いのでおすすめはできません。
レンジフードのリフォーム後に、柏市条例違反が発覚しました。レンジフードのダクトがアルミのフレキダクトが付けられており、柏市消防局の方から違反ですと言われました。
それが故意なのか故意じゃないのかは、わかりませんが故意なら悪質だし、故意じゃないなら能力不足です。
またコミュニケーションに難があり、忙しいからと信じたいですが、それだけではなさそうです。伝えたことに対して、抜け、漏れ、間違いが何度かありました。また、伝えたことに対して聞いてないと言われ、さらに、言った言わないは不毛ですという謎のメールが返ってきました。つまり、この会社は顧客が議事録を取っていないのが悪いというスタンスです。顧客に議事録を書いてくれと思っているようです。
契約しないのが一番ですが、契約後、困ったら西葛西店の社長さんは話が通じるのでそちらと話をした方が良いです。
経験は豊富そうなので、その点を信じましたが、メールは2週間以上返事がなかったりとコミュニケーションが取りづらい上に、条例違反もあったので、気をつけた方がいいと感じました。
