よもぎ蒸しではたくさんのハーブを自分で選ぶことが出来、体調についてのカウンセリングもして頂いてとても気持ちよく温まることが出来ました。
また骨盤調整をした後は足先までの血流がよくなりしばらくずっとぽかぽかしていてすごく心地よかったです。
とても親身になって下さるセラピストさんでまたお世話になりたいと思います。次回もよろしくお願いします。
