★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今乗っている車はこちらで購入した。購入から12年を経てそろそろ新車に買換えを検討するべくパンフレットをもらいに、ついでに相談にものって欲しくて久方振りに訪問。前回購入した時のセールスさんはまだ在籍しているものの、他のアポイントメント客との商談中だったので他のセールスさんと話をしました。親切丁寧にご対応頂き、意中の車が丁度空いていたので2台試乗もさせて頂いた。平成が終わった後新年号での登録をしたいと伝えて今後定期的に情報を頂くことにした。買換えを考えるのが楽しみ。帰り際にノベリティグッズも頂戴しました。
2020年4月1日よりトヨタの販売する全ての車の取扱ができるようになりラインアップが大幅に増加。カタログコーナーが広がっていました。これまで担当してくれていたセールスの方は転勤していました。
2020年6月21日、無事商談成立。新車購入決まりました。スタッフの皆様に感謝致します。

The sales person who bought the product last time is still in the company, but I was talking to another sales person because I was in a business meeting with another appointment customer. I kindly responded politely, and the car I was expecting was just empty, so I tried two. After the end of the Heisei period, I told that I would like to register for the New Year issue, and I will get information regularly from now on. I'm looking forward to buying a replacement. I received some novelty goods when I returned.
From April 1, 2020, it will be possible to handle all vehicles sold by Toyota, and the lineup will increase significantly. The catalog corner was expanding. The sales person who was in charge of me was transferred to another location.
On June 21, 2020, a successful business negotiation was concluded. I decided to buy a new car. I thank all the staff.
