★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 職員さんが皆フレンドリーかつ、丁寧に接客してくれます。購入時もそうですが、購入後のメンテナンスや保険の相談などもしっかり対応してくれます。
あとは私が子供持ち故の感想ですが、子連れでも安心して来店できます。かなり大きいキッズスペースがあり、商談の際に子供がいると、なるべくキッズスペースの近くにしてくれます。また職員さんもみんな子供に慣れているというか子供好きというかで、子供に対してにこやかに接してくれます。

The rest is my impression because I have children, but even with children, I can come to the store with confidence. There is a fairly large kids space, and if you have children during business negotiations, they will make it as close to the kids space as possible. 4年も通いましたがやっぱり対応が悪く、店舗を変えることにしました。
他の店舗に行ってみて、やはり古河のトヨペットの対応の悪さを改めて感じました。
地元の茨城トヨペットの方々がすごく親切な方ばかりで説明もわかりやすくとてもよかったので、栃木に引っ越してからも茨城トヨペットをと思って通っていましたが時間とガソリンの無駄でした。
最後にその旨を営業の方に伝えましたが「あーそうですか」という相変わらずやる気のない対応で、さらにがっかりしました。
新車購入も視野に入れて相談もしていたため、本当に残念です。
ここのトヨペットしか行ったことのない方は、ぜひ他の店舗にも行ってみてください。
この店の質の悪さがわかります。
事務のお姉さんは子どもたちにも優しく親切で、あの方がいたから気持ちよく通えていました。

When I went to another store, I felt once again the poor response of Furukawa's Toyopet.
The local Ibaraki Toyopet people were all very kind and the explanations were easy to understand, so I thought I would go to Ibaraki Toyopet even after I moved to Tochigi, but it was a waste of time and gasoline.
At the end, I told the sales staff to that effect, but I was even more disappointed by the unmotivated response, "Ah, right?"
I was really disappointed because I was consulting with a view to purchasing a new car.
If you have only been to Toyopet here, please go to other stores.
You can see the poor quality of this store.
The clerical sister was kind and kind to the children, and I was able to go there comfortably because she was there.
