★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このディーラーさんは皆、親切丁寧。急な車持ち込みの修理でしたが丁寧に対応してもらえました。以前静岡県のトヨペットにブレーキから気になる異音がするので立ちよったけど当店で買った車ではないので今日ピットいっぱいなのでと相談も出来ずに２件続けて門前払いでした。この店舗はトヨタのディーラーで初めて共感できる店でした。

サービス専用窓口もあり、スタッフも多い。
別の店舗で購入したのですが、担当が遠くに異動になり、最寄りのこちらに変えました。相談にいくと、丁寧に対応してくれます。
本当に困ったとき、悩んで再度来店して相談すると、サービス課長さんがとても丁寧に話を聞いてくださり、親身に対応してくれました。
