u	u U on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こんなにちゃんと店にクレームを言ったのは久しぶり（おそらく人生で２回目）です。（１回目利用時）＜お直しとクリーニングを頼む＞・お直しは終わったようだったがクリーニングを忘れられていたため、店に行っても受け取れず受取日が遅れる。 →大目に見た。（２回目利用時）＜お直しを頼む＞（何も難しい注文ではありません。ただのジャージのズボンの裾上げです。）・受取日に店に行くと、お直しの業者が来る日を間違えていたからまだできていないとのことで、受取日が１週間遅れる。 →大目に見た。・その１週間後に行くと、お直しの業者からまだ届いていなかった。業者に確認をとってこちらに電話をするとのこと。 →大目に見た。・電話をすると言っていた日に電話が来なかったので、痺れを切らして次の日に店に行く。謝罪などはほとんどなし。私が店主なら、せめてもう少し悪びれます。「おばあさん」に近いであろう歳のおばさんにクレームを言うのも忍びない（もちろん誰相手でもクレームは忍びないですが）ですし、お歳を重ねれば忘れっぽくなるのも分かるので、３回大目に見たのですが・・・ It's been a while since I've complained to the store so well (probably the second time in my life). There is almost no apology. If I'm the shopkeeper, I'm at least a little worse.
