M	Masanobu Kuroda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豊川稲荷の奥の院よりさらに奥にある、たくさんの狐の像がひしめき合う、ちょっと不思議な場所。いつの頃からこの狐の像が奉納され始めたのかわかりませんが、私が子供の頃はほとんど人が寄り付かない場所で、たまたま案内の僧侶が「そちらに行ってはいけない」といったことを言っていて、勝手にそういう場所なのだと思っていました。が、いつの頃からかその神秘的な空間がパワースポットとして認識され始め、ある意味豊川稲荷の知名度を大きく高める存在になりました。お正月に行った際は、たくさんの人が並んでおりたどり着けませんでしたが、普通の平日の午後なら人もまばらですんなり観ることが出来ました。以前はひしめき合う狐のすぐ近くまで行くことが出来ましたが、大きく注目されたこともあり安全性の面やコロナ対策の面からロープが張られています。久しぶりに立ち寄りましたが、相変わらず不思議な空間。パワースポット的なものは全然信じないタイプですが、昔からこの場所に来ると落ち着いた気持ちになります。狐さんの像はそれぞれ表情が異なり、とても穏やかなものから何だか愉快なもの、ちょっと怖い表情のものなど、バリエーション豊か。ある意味畏れを感じる場所でもあります。 A little mysterious place where many fox statues are crowded together, further back than the inner temple of Toyokawa Inari.
