A	A Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 13階の展望室は、とてもおすすめです。豊橋の景色が一望できます。あと、豊橋の歴史が分かる資料や、解説文が壁に貼ってあるので、歴史が分かりやすくなっています。 13階に、レストランがあって、そこからの景色は、最高です。景色を見ながら食事を楽しめます。豊橋公園の目の前なので、是非、豊橋公園に来たついでにお立ち寄りください。 The observation room on the 13th floor is highly recommended. You can get a panoramic view of Toyohashi. Also, materials that show the history of Toyohashi and commentary are posted on the wall, making it easier to understand the history. There is a restaurant on the 13th floor, and the view from there is amazing. You can enjoy your meal while looking at the scenery. It's right in front of Toyohashi Park, so please stop by when you come to Toyohashi Park.
蓮	蓮華子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 13階展望レストランでランチすることもできます。コロナ禍終息したら、友人とこういう場所での食事も悪くないとおもいます。窓口センターで済む用事なら、そちらのほうが空いてて、駐車場や順番待ち、時間のストレスがなくていいです。市役所に来たら、裏口から公園に出て少し散歩して帰るようにしています。 You can also have lunch at the observation restaurant on the 13th floor. After the corona illness is over, I think it's not bad to eat in a place like this with a friend. If it's a business that can be done at the counter center, it's more vacant, so you don't have to worry about parking lots, waiting in line, or time stress. When I come to the city hall, I go out to the park from the back door and take a short walk home.
ホ	ホーネット on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 周囲に高層建造物が少ないせいか、13階からの眺めも悪く無い気がします。あと手筒花火に関する事や、市電の歴史についても知る事が出来たり、興味のある人には良い場所です。それが無料で、市役所の業務が休みの休日でも開かれてるのは嬉しいですね。今回は利用しませんでしたが、レストランもありますので、機会があれば行ってみたいです。因みに市役所窓口は利用してませんから、評価の対象外とさせて頂きます(笑) I feel that the view from the 13th floor is not bad, probably because there are few high-rise buildings around. It is also a good place for those who are interested in learning about Tedutsu Hanabi and the history of trams. It's free, and I'm glad that the city hall's business is open even on holidays. I didn't use it this time, but there is a restaurant, so I would like to go there if I have the opportunity. By the way, I do not use the city hall window, so I will not evaluate it (laugh)
