★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの市民課は最低です。市民の為に有る筈なのに、本当に困っている立場の人に対して、杓子定規な対応しか出来ません！
戸籍謄本を見れば、子供の血族だと解るのに親子では無い、後見人でも無いからと言って、補助金や手当てを貰う事も出来ず、その他の手続きをする事も出来ません。
後見人に成る為には、両親が認める必要が有りますが、疎遠に成っている場合、書類も印鑑も貰う事が出来無いのに、どうしろと言うのでしょうか。
そして、担当者が代われば事情を一から説明しないといけません。
課が誓えばなおさらです。
只でさえ心が傷付く事を話さなければいけない上に、当事者の子供が居るのに、子供の心を傷付けて
最低ですね。
十年以上前から、出来る限りの事をしても何一つ解決していません。
