★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地域にとても愛された お店ですね東陽町から徒歩5分くらいで江東区役所の近くで営業してます 商品も安く 笑顔でいつも対応してくれる とても良い店舗です 追加、この店舗でガス給湯器を購入することにしました 納入後に取り付け工事に来ていただきました 時間がかかるとおもってましたが 短時間の工事で手際よく、終わりました 地元に愛されているデンキやさんはさすがに、対応が全て良かったですね

店員も、何が必要か質問すれば、的確なアドバイスをしてくれるので、技術力アリのユーザーには結構便利な店です。

理由を台風による雨と伝えられましたが、台風などその数日前からニュースで報じられていることで、影響で工事が延期するならもっと事前に連絡すべきではないでしょうか。
直前まで工事できるか分からなかったと仰っていましたが、台風ならせめて工事の延期の可能性があるくらい事前連絡すべきでしょうし、不誠実極まりない対応に驚愕しました。
特に、電話で延期を伝えてきた際に当たり前のように次の延期日を伝えられましたが、事前にこちらの予定を抑えていないのに、当たり前のように日付を指定してくる礼儀のなさには驚きました。
業者様にも予定があり調整頂いていることは承知していますが、こちらだって予定はあります。それなのに、一切の断りもなく勝手に「この日付で大丈夫ですよね」と決めつけてくる姿勢は極めて不快でした。
真夏の炎天下、エアコンが壊れてとても過酷な環境のなか5日間耐えて、工事当日の3時間前に悪びれもなくキャンセルされ、とても不誠実で無礼な対応をされるのだなぁと強く感じました。

以前は門前仲町にあったので近場だったのですが、今は東陽町なのでもっと近場にあると助かります。
