★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 築は古いですが管理がよく行き届いていて窓もペアガラスのサッシに交換されていました。秀和シリーズは屋上に洗濯物を干せるので日照時間が短い部屋には助かると思います。配管が床スラブ貫通な点は要注意です。南側には大きなマンションの建設が始まっているので日照や眺望がどう変わるか気になるところです。
