A	Asuka A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ペヤングのパッケージ不良があった為、問い合わせをしました。着払いで送ってと指示があったため、翌日発送しました。そこから1ヶ月弱何の音沙汰も無し。再度問い合わせをしたところ、パッケージは別の工場で作っているため、対応が遅れているとのこと。消費者に内部事情など関係ないと思うが、すぐ対応するとの事。この時までペヤングが好きだったため、不良が無くなれば良いとの気持ちでした。穏やかに会話をしたつもりです。ところがそこから1週間以上経っても何の音沙汰も無し‼︎ 馬鹿にするにも程があります‼︎ もう二度と購入したくありません‼︎ こんな対応で大丈夫ですか？追伸思い出したので記載します‼︎ 上記の出来事から約3ヶ月が経ちました。未だに音沙汰無しです。対応しないのであれば、お客様窓口の意味無いですよね？数百円の商品ですが、こちらは商品を購入して不良連絡をして郵送準備をして返送手続きをしました(再度問い合わせも)。これが企業がすることですか？金額の大小にかかわらず、これでは詐欺ですよ‼︎ I made an inquiry because there was a defective package of Payang. S	S K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何週間も前に不良品の問い合わせの電話をしたが、1週間経っても代わりの品が到着しないので再度電話。こちらから現品を送らないと動かないと後から言われた。なので、代わりの品は要らないから返金を求めた。現品を送っても何週間経っても何も来ない。なぜ？普通におかしい！他の企業では不良品の電話したらすぐに代わりの品を送ってくれたので差が凄すぎて本当に腹立たしい。星1個も付けたくない。他の方のクチコミにもあったように、不良品対応は本当に最悪…というか、詐欺。3度目の電話をして商品の方が早いと言うので返金から交換に変更。10日後くらいにやっと代わりの品が届いた。小さなペヤングの箱にペヤングと、悪いと思って無さげな手紙が入っているだけだった。本当に腹立たしい。 I called for defective products many weeks ago, but I didn't receive a replacement after a week, so I called again.
