お役所仕事だし、上から物を言う所。
2度電話で必要書類を確認したにも関わらず、来所したら書類不備で返される。
しかも今の時期、来所する場合は予約が必要なんですって。
電話した時に言って欲しいものです。
住所が十和田市内ではなく、何度も行けないので、電話したのに。
言い方だってあると思います。
わからないから電話して聞いているし、来所した際もわからないから不安なんです。
色々な人から同じ事を何度も聞かれて疲れてるのもわかりますが、みんな違う人なんです。
1から10まで丁寧に説明して欲しいとまでは言いませんが、不安な気持ちは理解して欲しいですね。
職員としてというより人として人間性を疑います。
