★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車検時に新しい車検証を取りに行く約束をしていたのにあれ、ない、ないと3、4人で探し周り、結局待たされまくったあげく、ありませんでした。
何より腹立ったのが、その日は帰りまして、
数日後に何の謝罪もなく、ポストに車検証投函されてました。
本当に常識はずれのお店です。
２度と行くことはありません(笑)

ちゃんと中を見てない+高圧的な態度でマスター交換だのローター交換だのエンジンオーバーホールだの言われて３０万以上かかると言われ、直す所も長年乗ってる当方は分かってましたが返す言葉もありませんでした
他の店に出したら１５万くらいで治りました
こんな車見れませんよ的な態度で本当に最悪な店でした

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネット買いのドライブレコーダー取り付けをお願いしましたが、予約時間に伺うと待たされる事なく作業開始、一時間弱で取り付け完了しました。
整備工場なので綺麗な仕上がり、工賃もカーショップで購入取り付け並の5400円でした。

今回、別の整備を相談したところ、「確認します」との返答の後、まったく連絡が来ませんでした。良い環境と技術をお持ちなのに、スタッフによって対応のムラがあるとしたら非常に残念です。（結果的に別のショップに依頼することにしました。）

輸入車のグリル交換で最初お世話になったときは、良心価格で作業も丁寧。長くお付き合いできる整備会社を見つけられたと喜んでおりましたが、二度目のレーダー探知機取り付け相談では、見積もり依頼しても連絡貰えず、不愉快になり取り付けを止めました。

東松戸駅近くにあるBOSCH認定整備工場のTOWATECさん。
最寄りのBMW正規ディーラーのスタッフが変わってから、どうも気が合わず、駆け込み寺的にお願いしたのがきっかけで、以降ずっとメンテナンスをお願いしています。
自分が乗っているのはE36/7 Z3。年式的にも経験則がモノを言う車になりつつある気もしていて、その点においても長年BMWを見ているメカニックが居る、直接相談できるというのは、非常に安心感があります。
