★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 納期より一ヶ月経過しても一向に届かず、遅れる旨の連絡もなく痺れを切らして連絡したところ、「うちはこういうやり方、苦情を言った人は今までで全くいない」とまさかの逆ギレ。なぜそちらが怒るのかと聞くと「お客さんは神ではない」などと言われ、直後メールで先程は電話で失礼しました。と連絡が来るも、責任者であればあるまじき発言ですと返信すると、再びすぐ感情的な返信が届いた。流石に購入する気になれず全額返金して頂きましたが、まさかの逆ギレには驚きです。
 Even one month after the delivery date, it did not arrive at all, and when I contacted him without any notice that he would be late, he said, "We have never complained about this method." When I asked him why he got angry, he said, "The customer is not a god." Immediately after that, I sent an email and excused myself by phone. However, when I replied that it was a serious statement if I was the person in charge, I immediately received an emotional reply again. I didn't feel like buying it, so I got a full refund, but I was surprised at the unexpected reverse.
