場内は一部を除き未舗装でしたが、山陰本線の高架下にあるおかげで雨天でも比較的快適に準備などができました。
場内通路は広いとは言い難いので、ミニバンや車体の大きい外国車などを駐車しようという方は取り回しにご注意ください。
料金が300円/24時間の前払い式で、操作パネルの表示を見る限りでは最大3日間（72時間）は利用できるようです。（3日間利用しました）
料金については、鳥取駅周辺Pの価格を見た限りでは最安かと思います。
We used it as a depot point for cars for cycling in Tottori prefecture.
The site was unpaved except for a part, but thanks to being under the elevated Sanin Main Line, it was relatively comfortable to prepare even in rainy weather.
It is hard to say that the aisles in the hall are wide, so please be careful if you plan to park a minivan or a foreign car with a large body.
The price is 300 yen/24 hours prepaid type, and it seems that you can use it for up to 3 days (72 hours) as long as you see the display on the operation panel. (I used it for 3 days)
As for the price, I think that it is the cheapest as far as I can see the price around Tottori Station P.

高架下なので駐車しにくいところがあるのと、人気なのでタイミング次第ですが空きがないときがあります。
大型車や高級車、運転に自信のない方にはオススメしません
