と言うわけで何回か行きました。
大分様子がわかってきました。
今回も予め電話をして相談の内容と日時を決めました。そうしますと年金事務所も内容が把握出来て担当者が準備用意が出来ると言うわけです。
(一番最初の訪問はアポなしでした)
事務所の受付で来訪を言って、備え付けの用紙に氏名等を書いて受付に提出して待ちます。(受付番号表を受取)
そうすると電子掲示板に受付番号と相談部屋番号が表示されると同時に、アナウンスされます。
番号部屋に入ると担当者が席について待っていて相談に応じるのです。
こんな流れで大体今までは30分～4
0分位で完了しました。内容により時間は前後すると思います。
虚心坦懐に話せば職員は親切親身に相談に応じてくれます。もちろん法的な手続きに基づいてです。
全国的には年金業務について不信感を抱いていると話には聞きますが｢鳥取事務所」に関しては皆さんよくお勤めのように思います。

When you enter the number room, the person in charge waits for your seat and gives you a consultation.

I hear that you are distrustful about pension services nationwide, but everyone seems to work well for the Tottori Office.
