本の陳列やレイアウトも綺麗で、店内のBGMも購入本の選択に差し障りない程の音量で居心地よいブック店。
20200817 午後3時頃入店。
店内は女性客2名、男性客(私を含め3人)が本を手に取り探しています。
レジでの支払いや本の取り寄せの注文に対しての店員さんの対応は大変素晴らしい。
店員さんは対応言葉を決して省略したりせずきちんと穏やかに話しています。だからこそ客も話し易く、気軽に尋ねたり取り寄せの注文をするのでしょうね。
「鳥取ブックセンター 郡家店」はお店のハード面に加えて店員さんの人柄や雰囲気、大事なお客さんとの人間関係(ソフト面)を大切にしている事が垣間見えました。
After entering the store, the scent of brand-new printing of the new book is filled in the store and it is wonderful.
The book display and layout are beautiful, and the BGM in the store is so comfortable that you can choose the book you want to buy.

There are 2 female customers and 3 male customers (including me) looking for the book in the store.
The clerk's response to payment at the cash register and orders for books is very nice.
Clerk speaks properly without omitting corresponding words. That's why it's easy for customers to talk to them, so they'll probably feel free to ask or place an order for an order.
In addition to the hard aspects of the store, it became clear that "Tottori Book Center Gunya store" values the personality and atmosphere of the clerk, and the human relationships (soft aspect) with important customers.
