全員ワクチン1回目を終え、訪れた伊豆。
意外にも県外ナンバーばかりで、なんだかほっとした。
入口では署名、住所を記入、体温をチェックしてから入店。
コロナ禍で本来は回転寿司であったであろうレーンはつかわずにそのまま職人さんが握ってくれるスタイルになっていて、なんだか豪華。
タイミングで、ちょうど我が家が入って満席。
出てきたお寿司はもともと廻っているレベルのものでは無い！更に職人さんが握ったのをお皿に乗せて手渡ししてくれるスタイルで、めちゃくちゃ得した気分。
松崎に行った際にはまたここでご飯を食べたい。

クチコミサイトでは高評価のお店ですが店内お客様少なくコロナの影響なのか雨の影響なのか少し不安になりましたがやはり地元の魚が食べたかったのでホワイトボードのメニューに絞って注文
アジ、金目鯛、石垣鯛、黒ムツ、赤むつ、赤貝…
期待以上、いや、最&高でした。
赤貝なんて目の前で殻から取り出して活けを食べさせてくれました。
普段は激混みな店でしょうから本当に贅沢をさせて頂きました。
金目の荒汁はこれもまた衝撃です。
大変ですが生き残って欲しい！また行きたいお店です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8月12日に19：00に尋ねたら入り口でラストオーダーは19：30分って言われ30分しか無かったけど、せっかくなので店内で食べる事にしました~店内は回転寿司でしたがレーンは回って無く板前ｻﾝに食べたい物を紙に書いて注文するスタイルで、取り敢えずお薦めから頼んで最後は茶碗蒸しまで頼んで食べましたが、どれを食べても凄く美味しかったです‼️特にお寿司はネタも大きくて厚みも有って言うこと無ない❗板前ｻﾝも優しく説明してくれるし良かったです‼️ただ時間も少なくて20皿位は食べたけど、もっと味わって食べたかったです?

正直あまり期待していなかったのですがとても美味しいお寿司でした。

高いものはちゃんと美味いので気持ちよくお会計できました。また立ち寄りたいです。
駐車場はやや狭く、店の横の方にも停めて良いのか分かりませんでした。
