★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の午後に予約なしでうかがいましたが丁寧に説明して頂けました。吉祥寺駅から相当離れています。乗用車で行くのがベストです。駐車場スペースは十分にあります。吉祥寺駅からバス利用であれば15分ほど乗車するようです。
 I heard without a reservation on a weekday afternoon, but I was able to explain carefully. It is quite far from Kichijoji Station. It is best to go by car. There is plenty of parking space. If you take a bus from Kichijoji Station, it seems to take about 15 minutes.

ただ、否定的な意見を、述べようとまではも思わない。
ある程度の大きさイメージ・質感等をつかむためだけならば十分見に来る意味がある。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ショールームのスタッフが、非常にお客思いで、たいへん居心地の良いところです。更に商品知識が抜群なところにも感心してしまいました。ショールームとしては小さい規模で、色や材質の比較にはやや難が有ります が、それを補って余りあるほどのスタッフでした。どうぞ、皆さまご利用してみては？
The showroom staff is very customer friendly and very cozy. I was also impressed with the place where the product knowledge was outstanding. Although it was a small showroom, it was a little difficult to compare colors and materials, but the staff was enough to make up for it. Please try using it.

こちらのペースで話してくれます。聞きたい事に対し丁寧に説明し、その後でプロの提案をしてくれます。
事務所の奥には営業の方もいて、普段は外勤しているようですが、たまたま居たようで挨拶しに出てきてくれました。
アドバイザーさんが説明して営業の方が責任を持って売っているのが分かり安心しました。
業者さんの出入りも多く、地元に定着しているのが分かりました。

There is a sales person in the back of the office, and it seems that he usually works outside, but he happened to be there and came out to greet me.
I was relieved to find that the adviser explained and the sales person was responsible for selling.
There were many traders coming and going, and I found that it was well established in the local area.

立川コールセンターに転送されたので折り返しをお願いしたが全く連絡なし。
仕方なく飛び込みで行ったら店内ガラガラで店員同士で世間話している。
結局その後もずっと折り返しの電話は無かった。
Even if I call before the visit, I can't connect at all.
I was transferred to the Tachikawa call center, so I asked for a call back, but I did not contact at all.
If I had no choice but to dive in, the clerk would talk to each other in a rattling manner.
After all, there was no call back after that.
