Y	Yukio Takebe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前から気になっていた地元の山、善坊山と笠松山を周回する手ごろなハイキングコース。善坊公民館の駐車場に車をとめて、そのすぐ近くの登山口から登山スタート。よく整備されたルートがいくつもあり、愛されている山なのだなと思いました。通称"加西アルプス"と呼ばれているのは、岩場の露出した尾根道をアップダウンしながら歩けるからだと。ゆっくり歩いて休憩いれて3〜4時間。下山後は近くの法華山一乗寺に立ち寄りました。（2021年4月25日） An affordable hiking course that goes around the local mountains, Zenbo and Kasamatsu, which I have always been interested in. W	Wan Inu Shiba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 播磨の山城跡。南北朝時代の1364年に備前・摂津・播磨の守護大名赤松氏の二代目範資によって築城されたとのことです(看板より抜粋)。古法華石仏の駐車場に車を停めました。キレイなトイレがあります。駐車場からつり橋登り口まではすぐです。つり橋登り口から善防師城跡までは水分補給をとりつつ進んで、20分前後でしょうか。眺望良いです。城の遺構は、山城初心者の自分にはよくわかりませんでした。スニーカーでは若干、道中心許ないです。 The ruins of Yamashiro in Harima. The remains of the castle were not well understood by myself as a beginner of Yamashiro. Sneakers are a little unacceptable in the center of the road.

Since it is a low mountain, it takes about 20 minutes to reach the summit of Mt. Zenbo. The Kasai Alps was about 2 hours away with my feet. If you're a trail runner, you'll be back in about an hour. Five stars is the rating of the Kasai Alps.
