★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 貞祥寺の参道の半ばにある質素な旧宅です。年配の女性がお二人で囲炉裏を焚いていました。貞祥寺の参道も趣があり中々良いものでした。
A frugal old house in the middle of the approach to Seijoji. An elderly woman was scolding the hearth with two people. The approach to Seijoji was also nice and moderate.

ただ同行者曰く、写真の中に紫色の背景に鋤を振り上げる人の横顔に、飛び出す人の目玉が見えたとか。

小諸市城下（実際には穴城と云って、お城が一番低い位置になりますので城上）に在ったものを移築しました。
『千曲川のスケッチ』とかをこの庵の一部屋で執筆したのかもしれません。
引き戸を…開きませんでした。
