★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東照宮巡りで参拝。御朱印は黒石神社で頂けるようですが、黒石まで行ったところ神職さん不在ということで頂けず。
 Visiting Toshogu Shrine. It seems that you can get your seal at Kuroishi Shrine, but when you go to Kuroishi you can't get it because you are not Shinto.

本殿のみの東照宮でした。
東照宮ということで訪問しましたが、行きつくまで苦労しました。
駐車場は見つけられませんでした。無いのかもしれません。
The main shrine is a national designated important cultural property.
It was Toshogu only for the main hall.
I visited toshogu shrine, but I had a hard time until it came to an end.
The parking lot was not found. It may not exist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 弘前東照宮は、境内で運営していた結婚式場の経営に失敗し破産し、2007年から宗教法人としての活動を停止。本殿は国の重要文化財となっていたため取り壊しを免れ、ご神体は黒石市にある黒石神社へと移されました。そのような経緯もあり、今は本殿だけがポツンと佇み、心なしか寂し気な感じがしますね…。

Since the main shrine was an important cultural property of the country, it was escaped from being demolished, and the deity was moved to the Kuroishi Shrine in Kuroishi City. For that reason, only the main shrine stands right now, and I feel lonely without my heart...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ さすが、重要文化財です。建物は立派です。土淵川沿いに歩いて行くとたどり着きます。公園のようになっています。駐車場はありません。
昔、破産したとか聞いたことがあります。紆余曲折はネット等で調べてみてください。
As expected, it is an important cultural property. The building is magnificent. You will arrive when you walk along the Tobuchi River. It looks like a park. There's no parking lot.
I once heard that it went bankrupt. Please check the twists and turns on the internet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国の重要文化財。東照宮と聞くと、栃木県は日光のアレを思い浮かべるが、神となった家康公を祭れば東照宮なので全国にあり、ここが北限の東照宮。
南からアプローチすると、住宅街の奥に佇む鄙びた神社という雰囲気で、全然重文のオーラが無い。東側の川沿い中心に案内板とか整えられている。
全国で最初の東照宮の勧請例だったり、時代はぐっと下って平成に宗教法人が破産して、残るこの本殿建物のみ市の管理（家康公は黒石に移動）とか、色々面白い物件だが、見た目は極めて地味なので、観光スポットとしては強くはお勧め出来ない。個人的にはかなりツボ。
National important cultural property. When you hear Toshogu, Tochigi Prefecture thinks of Nikko, but if you worship Ieyasu, who became the god, it's Toshogu, so it's all over the country, and this is the northern limit of Toshogu.
When approaching from the south, there is no aura of important cultural properties at all, with the atmosphere of a shrine standing in the back of a residential area. Information boards are arranged in the center along the river on the east side.
It was the first example of a solicitation for Toshogu in Japan, and the time went down and the religious corporation went bankrupt in Heisei, and only the remaining main building was managed by the city (Ieyasu moved to Kuroishi). It is extremely sober, so it is not strongly recommended as a tourist spot. Personally, it's quite a point.
