★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豊島区が回収した粗大ごみの中から、状態が良くまだまだ使用できるものを『豊島区民を対象に』抽選で無料で譲渡してくれる施設です。
家具が中心ですが、それ以外にも趣味のアイテム（楽器、おもちゃなど）も出てたりします。
毎月ウェブサイトと現地でアイテムが公開され、希望者は現地で申し込みをします（1人2点まで。身分証明書が必要）。抽選に当たったら2週間以内に取りに行きます。開館日が土日月とちょっと変わってます。
公式の駐車場はありませんのでご注意ください。それと資源ごみ回収拠点の役割もあります。乾電池、蛍光灯やミニ家電（30x15以内）を回収してもらうのにも便利です。
This is a facility that will give away free-of-charge items from Toshima City that are in good condition and still usable.
The main focus is furniture, but there are also other hobby items (musical instruments, toys, etc.).
Every month, items are published on the website and on-site, and applicants apply on-site (up to 2 items per person. ID card required). If you win the lottery, we will go to pick it up within 2 weeks. The opening day is a little different from Saturdays, Sundays, and Moons.
Please note that there is no official parking. It also has the role of a resource waste collection base. It is also convenient for collecting batteries, fluorescent lights and mini home appliances (within 30x15).
