升に入った氷は見た目のインパクト大です。素材にも拘っているそうです。頂いたのは抹茶です。
底にあった粒餡が苦味と合って良かったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても丁寧に作られたパスタ?を出してくれます。味はバッチリ。トマトのポモドーロは絶品です。今日はペペロンチーノをいただきましたが、これもデリシャスです。他にかき氷がお薦めです。

場所は、浜松駅の近くです。
店内は、カジュアルな雰囲気で、おしゃれなイタリア料理のお店でした。
実は後で知りましたが、かき氷が有名との事です。
レモン風味サバランとピスタチオのティラミスとコーヒーを、注文しました。
やはり気になったのはサバラン、レモン風味と洋酒の入ったトスカ風サバランがあり、ノンアルコールと書いてあったレモン風味のサバランを注文しました。
レモン風味のサバランは、シロップ漬けにしたケーキらしく、ほんのりレモン味でとても甘くて美味しかったです。
ピスタチオのティラミスは、ピスタチオの味と中のクリームの味が濃厚で、美味しかったです。
コーヒーは、酸味とコクが強くデザートと良く合い、美味しかったです。
今度は、パスタとかき氷を試してみたいです。

The location is near Hamamatsu Station.
The shop was a stylish Italian restaurant with a casual atmosphere.
Actually, I knew later that shaved ice is famous.
I ordered lemon flavored sabaran and pistachio tiramisu and coffee.
I was also interested in savalan, lemon-flavored and Tosca-style savalan with Western liquor, and ordered a lemon-flavored savalan that was written as non-alcoholic.
The lemon-flavored sabaran was like a cake dipped in syrup, it was a little lemony and very sweet and delicious.
The pistachio tiramisu was delicious, with the pistachio taste and the cream inside.
The coffee had a strong acidity and richness and went well with the dessert and was delicious.
Next time I want to try pasta and shaved ice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチでカルボナーラとエスプレッソ、デザートに自家製のピスタチオアイスを頂きました。
おそらく本場のカルボナーラだと思うんですが普段食べてるものとは全く別の物でめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。麺も平たくて食べたことのない感じで良かったです。
エスプレッソもマシンで入れられていてクレマがあってパッサラクアのカップでこれが本場ナポリのエスプレッソかぁと本場にならって砂糖を混ぜて飲んだら美味しすぎてすごかったです。
ピスタチオのアイスも美味しかったです。
次はサバランを食べたいです。穴場です。
We had carbonara and espresso for lunch and homemade pistachio ice cream for dessert.
I think it's a real carbonara, but it was completely different from what I usually eat and it was really delicious. It was good that the noodles were flat and I had never eaten them.
The espresso was also put in the machine and there was a crema, and it was a cup of Passaraqua. It was amazing that it was too delicious when I drank it with sugar mixed with the authentic Neapolitan espresso.
The pistachio ice cream was also delicious.
Next time I want to eat savarin. It's a little-known spot.

15時までランチをやっており、14時以降に行ったこともあり空いてて快適でした。
カルボナーラはパスタもちもちで、ベーコンカリカリで美味しかったです。
一緒についてきたパンもフカフカで満足でした。
