風	風船願坊 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ソロツーで立ち寄る。何と言っても水車がシンボル。そしてこの水車で挽いた蕎麦が美味しいのです。いつ行ってもつい蕎麦ばかり(笑) 二軒ありますが水車館が蕎麦、あんず軒は御飯物かな、でもどちらも旨い、量も結構ありますよ。駅自体は古目の感じですが清潔に保たれているかな？駐車場、広場も広くのんびりする場所が確保されています。物産は地物産が中心ですが何故か丹波篠山の栗が有り一度買って帰ったら嫁さんが旨いと褒めてた。 Stop by solo two. さ	さくらちえり on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 毎年2月に開催している「寒晒し蕎麦」を食べてきました。えぐみがなく、甘味が増して大好きです? 時間をずらして13時30分頃伺いました。日曜日なので、この時間でも相変わらず混んでいます。お座敷の場所がテーブル席に変わっていたので、以前よりスッキリしていい感じになっていました。今回は、水車に１番近い席に着けたので、ちょっとラッキー。この季節は、水車に氷が貼り付いて回っているのに、臼をひいていないせいか、水が流れていなく、水車が回っていないのは初めて見ました。水車蕎麦が売切れだったので、蕎麦粉をひいていないのかな？前に、水車小屋で蕎麦粉の管理をしているおじいさんにお話を伺いましたら、ここでひいている蕎麦粉は、いなか蕎麦で、水車蕎麦は信頼している業者にお願いしていると言うことでした。水車があまりにも有名になってしまい、そのままの名前になっているそうです。 I ate "cold bleached soba" held in February every year. コ	コタロー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 芦湯温泉に行く前に、限定の水車蕎麦を食べに寄りました。平日の11時を過ぎたばかりでしたが、すでに店内は並び客が数名いました! この調子だと限定は無理かと半ば諦め、他のメニューを選ぼうかと思った所、券売機には限定メニューの売り切れ表示は無く、難なくオーダー出来ました✨ 水車ざる蕎麦と蕎麦がき、五目ごはんも追加オーダーし大小2つの水車を眺めながら待っていると、5分程で配膳されました。緑色のお蕎麦は細目でツルツルとした喉越しで食べやすかったです。個人的には麺つゆがとても美味しく、可能であれば購入したいと思うほど気に入りました✨ 蕎麦湯で薄めながら、最後まで美味しく頂きました!
