I don't think the tongue examination is accurate anyway, as there is little natural light in the examination room. Perhaps instead, the abdominal examination is done exactly. Since I'm a grandpa teacher, I sometimes say mogomogo so I can't hear what I said, and even if I speak, I'm not looking at it, so it's hard to know if I'm really listening.
