★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前に何度か出前館で宅配注文して味が良かったので再度注文したのですが、17時半に注文して19時半に注文受けられないと連絡が来ました。その理由も「本日は休業」といいながら「家が近所なら対応できたのですが」とよく分からない。配達対応区域が日替わりなんですか？それとも配達員を確保できなかったのか。配達不可なら連絡に2時間も掛けないでほしい。
しかも、同様の配達不可連絡はこれで2度目です。配達区域外になったと認識してもう注文はしないですが、そもそもまともに運用できないなら出前館システムでの受注を考え直してほしい。
I ordered home delivery several times before at the delivery hall and it tasted good, so I ordered it again, but I was informed that I ordered at 17:30 and could not receive the order at 19:30. The reason is also "closed today", but I'm not sure "I could have dealt with it if my house was in the neighborhood". Does the delivery area change daily? Or was it not possible to secure a delivery person? If delivery is not possible, please do not spend two hours contacting us.
Moreover, this is the second time for a similar non-delivery contact. I will recognize that it is out of the delivery area and will not place an order anymore, but if it can not be operated properly in the first place, please reconsider the order in the delivery hall system.
