★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現職でキャリアスタッフにお世話になってます。40代半ばで行き当たりばったり勝手に「夜勤やりたいんすけど！」と面接に行って、直ぐに職場を紹介してくれました。現在50歳ですが、散々、迷惑をかけても面倒を見てくださる良い会社だと思います。私の知る限りの話しですが、働かれる方の年齢層も幅広く、ナイスミドル層の方でも仕事に就きやすいかと思われます。私、若干の精神障害を持ってますが、障害者雇用促進の面でも活躍してる会社です。キャリアスタッフで働いて車を持てました。貯金も出来ました。思うような仕事が見つからなかったら他所を当たればよいのですから、面接、登録だけでもしとけば間違いないかと察します。
制服、安全靴、必要な工具等も支給してくれます。他所さんは殆どがこれがありません。
派遣で働く事を考えてる方にはオススメします。
 I am indebted to the career staff in my current position. In my mid-40s, I went to an interview saying "I want to work at night!" And immediately introduced me to my workplace. I'm 50 years old now, but I think it's a good company that takes care of me even if I cause a lot of trouble. As far as I know, the age group of people who work is wide, and it seems that even nice middle-aged people can easily get a job. I have some mental illness, but I am also active in promoting the employment of people with disabilities. I worked as a career staff and got a car. I was able to save money. If you can't find the job you want, you can hit another place, so I think it's safe to just interview and register.
They will also provide you with uniforms, safety shoes, necessary tools, etc. Most other places don't have this.
Recommended for those who are thinking of working as a dispatched laborer.
