y	yagi G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鶏皮が有名な焼き鳥のお店。店内はほとんど毎回が満席と言う人気のお店で、焼き場の方も忙しいそうに次々とオーダーを仕上げておられました。テイクアウトもできてこだわりの鶏皮を自宅でも気軽に楽しめ利用しやすいです。その他、砂ずりやねぎま、つくねを注文し、我慢できず車中で思わずつまみ食いしてしまう程の香ばしく良い香りがしています(笑) 皮は時間をかけて何度も焼きなおすため、脂は抜けカリカリで少し塩加減でした。この焼き鳥屋さんは博多風というのが売りで砂ずりには玉ねぎを挟み焼いているようで、肉を食べた後の口直しに野菜の甘味がきて飽きずに食べることできました。人気店なのとこのご時世、テイクアウトができる良いお店でした。追伸、人気店とこだわりのお店ですので、開店直後や繁忙期は電話での注文も時間がかかるそうです。タイミングをみて電話、折り返しの電話後、支払い、受け取り等となるため、時間には余裕を持って問い合わせと注文を行うのがベターです。今回は開店直後は人手不足の為に再度の時間を開けてからの電話をお願いされ電話注文を行って５０分くらいで受け取りとなりました。待ったかいがあって美味しくいただけたので大満足ですけど。なお、近隣にコインパーキングが多数あります。商店街が続く生活道路が続く道にお店がありますので、歩行者と自転車、タクシーには注意が必要です。 A yakitori restaurant where chicken skin is famous.
