納品について
朝6時半頃から荷降ろししてもらえる
当日出荷の荷物を積んだトラックが荷降ろし優先
当日出荷を積んだトラックは北側(出口側)から入場
構内に呼ばれたらトラックを停めてリフトの人と事務所で受付(事務所は土足のまま入る)
受付の用紙を記入し納品書を持ってリフトに渡す。
降ろし終わったら納品書にリフトのサインを貰い、事務所で受領書と差し替えてもらう。
配達(積込)について
朝8時から受付開始
事務所は土足のままで入る
配達先の会社名を聞かれるので事前に確認しておくと二度手間にならない
手板を渡されるので、行先・品名・ロットナンバー・バッグナンバー(フレコンのみ)・数量を書く
積み込み後にリフトと読み合わせをする
事務所に戻って手板を提出し伝票を貰う

About delivery
You can unload from around 6:30 in the morning
Priority is given to unloading trucks loaded with same-day shipping
Trucks loaded on the day enter from the north side (exit side)
If you are called on the premises, stop the truck and accept at the office with the lift person (the office will enter with bare feet)
Fill out the reception form and hand it to the lift with the delivery note.
When you have finished unloading, get the lift sign on the delivery note and have it replaced with the receipt at the office.
About delivery (loading)
Reception starts at 8 am
Enter the office with bare feet
You will be asked for the company name of the delivery destination, so if you check in advance, it will not be a hassle twice
You will be given a handboard, so write down the destination, product name, lot number, bag number (flexible container only), and quantity.
Read through with the lift after loading
Return to the office, submit the handboard and get a slip
