古	古戸あや on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても不親切な対応です。行く前に運転免許証更新の受付時間を聞いて、午後は13時からと言うので向かった所、受付け出来ないとの事。これから向かうと電話で問い合わせたのにも関わらず何故受付出来ないという案内をしなかったのでしょうか？電話にでた警察官の対応は、警察署として適切な対応だと思えません。再度、電話で注意発起をお願いしました。親切丁寧な対応に改善される事を期待します。 It is a very unfriendly response. 阿	阿野仁摩洲 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の昼間、13時25分に免許更新に赴きました。講習開始まで5分でしたが、書類の整理から写真撮影までテキパキこなしていただき、13時半の講習に間に合わせてくれました。よくわからない当て付けみたいな評価が多いけど、取手警察署は事務の方も警察官も職務をちゃんとこなしてくれていると思います。ご苦労様です。 I went to renew my license at 13:25 on weekdays. h	h h on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受け付けにいる人、事故などで駆けつけてきた警官ともに態度はよくありません。状況説明などをしてるときも人を小馬鹿にしたような言い方をし、こちらに過失がないのに相手のほうが年上だったりすると若い方に過失があったんでしょ？といわんばかりの態度で接してこられました。話を聞いて冷静に対応するお巡りさんに救われる場面だってあるはずのときに困っている人にそういう対応するのはいかがなものか。星一つすらつけたくないくらいです。 Both the person at the reception and the police officer who rushed in due to an accident have a bad attitude.
