エ	エムシスアニキ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ?‍♂️マスター&?‍♀️ホールスタッフ２人で切盛りされてます！話しやすくて、一見さんでもほんとに気軽に入れますよ! また、ホールスタッフの愛想が半端なくいいですね！ハキハキと喋って笑顔を絶やさない接客の仕方は味云々の前の問題ですからね。ほんと気持ちのいい接客です。店に入ると、SoftBankホークスの柳田選手のサインと開店祝いの花輪のプレートがあります。マスターと大学時代からの友人とのことです? ?二大推料理? 其の壱『肉三種盛り✨』マスターの独自ルートで自信満々で仕入れた牛一頭の中からほんの少ししか取れない希少部位（ミスジ、カイノミ、ランプ、ナカバラetc..）の中からチョイスして3種類を出してくれます。味付けは塩のみ。口に入れると肉汁が広がり、「溶ける」というのが実感本来の肉の旨味がハッキリ分かる一品です? 其の弍『雲丹肉（ウニク）セット?』逸品のミスジとウニのコラボ寿司です。ウニが苦かったと書かれておられる方もいらっしゃいましたが、私自身がココで20回以上食しておりますが、ミスジもウニも甘いと感じます。食べ方のおススメは目を閉じて食べてみてください。ミスジ肉の脂は溶け出し、ウニは磯の香りを半端なく放出させます。かれこれ1年以上週２で通うようになったのも、気軽に迎え入れてくれて、笑顔を絶やさないお店創りをされている努力だと思います✨ ?‍♂️ Master & ?‍♀️ The hall staff are working together!
