★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現在、青葉手打ち蕎麦教室に入会して25期生として蕎麦打ちを習得中です。
趣味として蕎麦打ちを楽しんでます。乾麺との違い特に香りを感じなから、麺の太さの違いで喉ごしが変わるのを感じなから食を楽しんでいます。
教室の活動を紹介します。
例年は2月～11月の期間の教室です。木曜日、土曜日の午後14時～17時の予定ですが、初めは終了時間が遅くなりました。
今年はコロナの影響で月3回の教室の開催が途中中断・再開で当初予定から遅れて活動中。
藪そば(7:3 , 8:2)計12回、更科そば6回を昨日終了、
次回から田舎そば3回、自由実習6回、藪そば3回(2kg打ち❌2回)で卒業式を迎える予定です。
 Currently, I am enrolled in the Aoba Handmade Soba Class and am learning soba making as a 25th gen member.
I enjoy making soba noodles as a hobby. I enjoy eating because I don't feel the scent, which is different from dried noodles, and I don't feel the difference in the thickness of the noodles changes my throat.
Introducing the activities of the classroom.
The classroom is usually from February to November. It is scheduled for Thursday and Saturday from 14:00 to 17:00, but the end time was late at the beginning.
This year, due to the influence of Corona, the classrooms held three times a month were interrupted and resumed, and the activities are delayed from the original schedule.
Yabu Soba (7: 3, 8: 2) 12 times in total, 6 times Sarashina Soba finished yesterday,
From the next time, we plan to have a graduation ceremony with 3 times of countryside soba, 6 times of free training, and 3 times of bush soba (2kg hit ❌ 2 times).
