TORiに通うまではカットのイメージを上手く伝えれなくてイメージ通りの仕上がりになった試しがなかったのですが、スタッフさんがイメージを上手く引き出してくださり、イメージの伝え方も教えてくださいました(笑)
カット代も安くて、営業時間も遅くまで空いているので利用しやすいです！
I always use it for haircuts!
Until I went to TORi, I couldn't convey the image of the cut well and I hadn't tried to get the finish as I imagined, but the staff pulled out the image well and taught me how to convey the image ( Lol)
It's easy to use because the cut fee is cheap and the business hours are open until late!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約時間に5分程遅れるかもしれない、と前々日予め電話したところ、わざわざ店長が出てきて「迷惑だから来るな」と遠回しに言われました。結局予約はキャンセルしましたが、以前には散髪ケープを誤って切り、危うく服まで切られるところでした。もう頼まれても行きたくないです。
When I called in advance the day before that it might be about 5 minutes behind the reservation time, the store manager came out and told me "Don't come because it's annoying". Eventually I canceled the reservation, but before I accidentally cut the haircut cape and was about to cut my clothes. I don't want to go even if asked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前に店長にカットしていただきました。初対面の店長からは馬鹿にしたような口調で『髪の毛もさいな笑 眉毛も剃れよ笑』と暴言を浴びせられました。飛び込みで来た年配のお客さんには『ウチは予約制なんで』と言い、いつなら空いてるかも伝えずに帰らせており、呆れました。予約時間から20分ぐらい待たされたが、すいませんの一言もなし。カットは5～10分ぐらいで終わり、テキトーに切られたように感じました。カットのみの客にはシャンプーブローがないことを事前に説明しているらしいですが私には何の説明もありませんでした。HOT PEPPERの口コミを見ると、私と同様にカットのみで来店した男性客からのクレームが多いです。
かなり不快な思いをしたので二度と行きません。
I had a store manager cut it a few years ago. The manager of the first meeting had a slam like "I'm laughing with my hair, I'm shaving my eyebrows, lol" with a tone that made me foolish. I said to the elderly customer who came by the dive, "I don't have a reservation system," and I was able to return without telling if it would be vacant. I was kept waiting for about 20 minutes from the reservation time, but I have no excuses. The cut was finished in about 5 to 10 minutes and I felt like I was cut by Tekito. It seems that the cut-only customers explain in advance that there is no shampoo blow, but I did not explain anything. Looking at the reviews of HOT PEPPER, there are a lot of complaints from male customers who came with just a cut like me.
I would not go there again because I felt quite uncomfortable.
