う	うし on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 城跡としては、ほぼ跡はないです。登山としては、景色はほぼ見れないです。頂上では、一部の方面が見えます。それが唯一の救いですね。案内看板は、ほぼないです。寺跡が駐車場で整備されていますが、大きな看板がないので、わからなかったですね。 As a castle ruin, there are almost no ruins. 安	安部清成 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この虎丸城跡(417ｍ)は、香川県東かがわ市与田山に位置します。この虎丸城跡は、かつて応永年間(1394年−1428年)に与田寺の住職である増吽(うん)僧正(弘法大師の再来と言われた)が、熊野三山をこの水主の地に勧請し、新宮としたのである。後の二山は、那智山(271ｍ)と本宮山(346ｍ)である。この新宮の地に虎丸城跡はあるのである。この城跡は、最初は豪族の寒川氏、その後は安富氏が築城したのである。戦国時代末期になり、十河存保が土佐の長宗我部元親軍との最後の決戦で、天正１２年(1584年)ここに籠城し戦ったのである!現在も山頂付近には、竪堀跡や堀切跡が残っている!?現在は、虎丸山登山を地元の有志が､管理保存に力を入れて推進しているので､安全に登山出来るようになっている!登山コ−スは三コ−スあるが、一般的には、新宮コ−スと風呂コ−スである! l	lo ho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 風呂側の弘海寺跡の駐車場に止めさせてもらい登城しました。舗装路が砂防ダムまで続きます。登山道の半分すぎあたりの沢を越えると傾斜がきつくなる印象です。本丸手前はロープが下ろされるような急坂でした。お社のある本丸を中心に四方に尾根がありました。畝状竪堀が北側に設定されてる縄張でしたが、北西の2条しか素人目には見えませんでした。西側に降りると3カ所堀切見られました。南側は1カ所過ぎると藪化していて進めませんでした。 I stopped at the parking lot at the site of Koukaiji on the bath side and climbed the castle. M	Moku Moku on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 弘海寺跡に広い駐車場があり、きれいなトイレも設置されています。そこから、ゆっくりと自然観察しながら、１時間３０分ほどで山頂に到達します。後半は結構な傾斜、頂上直下はかなりの急登で足場も悪く苦労しますが、ロープが設置されています。花崗岩が風化した真砂土やもっと細かい砂が岩盤の上に載って滑りやすい状態。運動靴では滑りやすく、軽登山靴のようなスリップ対策が必要かと思います。頂上は、東方の眺めが開けており、絶景です。また、樹木についての説明板もあり、楽しめます。頂上の休憩小屋には虎丸城の由来書もありますので、ぜひご一読を。下りは、スリップに気をつけ、１時間程度。駐車場に入る直前に「石風呂」の石碑とその由来の説明がありますので。こちらもご一読を。 There is a large parking lot at the site of Koukaiji Temple, and a clean toilet is also installed. Be careful of slips when going down, and it takes about an hour. Just before entering the parking lot, there is an explanation of the stone monument of "Ishifuro" and its origin.
