★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内を見ると1、2組しか座っておらず、席がガラガラなのに待機スペースで10分待たされ、店員に声を掛けたらあと10分〜15分待って欲しいと言われました。意味が分からない。時間がかかるのなら先に言ってください。
そのまま店を出ました。
When I looked inside the store, there were only one or two groups sitting, and even though the seats were rattled, I had to wait 10 minutes in the waiting space, and when I called out to the clerk, I was asked to wait another 10 to 15 minutes. I don't understand the meaning. If it takes time, please tell me first.
I left the store as it was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチタイムに行きました。みそ汁がおかわり自由から除外されていたのはショックだったが、豚カツはおいしくいただきました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 商品提供も早く、スタッフの皆さんの対応もとても丁寧で、店内も掃除が行き届いており清潔。2、3ヶ月に1度程度しか行かないのにも関わらず、いつも頼む塩を覚えてくれていたのは、とても嬉しかったです！
また行きたくなりました( ⌯᷄௰⌯᷅ )
The products are provided quickly, the staff are very polite, and the inside of the store is well-cleaned and clean. Even though I only go there once every few months, I was very happy that he always remembered the salt I asked for!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とん膳 旭店にランチを食べにいきました。「東の匠」と言う全品数量限定の熟成とんかつを注文しました。注文後、先にすり鉢と胡麻が出てきて、すりながらとんかつを待ちます。この時間が楽しいです。とんかつは柔らかい熟成ロースがサクッとした衣とマッチして良かったです。今回は甘口タレを付けました。キャベツはとんかつと一緒に食べてもよし、ドレッシングをかけて食べてもよしと、色々楽しめます。
店内はテーブル席、小上がり、座敷、カウンター席と沢山の席がありました。
駐車場は国道側の他に、奥に非常に大きな駐車場があったので、停められない心配はほぼなさそうです。
入り口は二手に分かれており、奥の駐車場側の入り口からはスロープでも入れます。
2022年4月追記
東の匠 熟成とろロースかつを注文しました。食感がやわらかくて味も良かったです。
今回はやや混んでいたのですが、注文から何分かでテーブルに運んでいただきました！仕事のため、あまりランチに時間の取れない時に行ったのでとても助かりました。

店内に入るとハキハキ元気&丁寧な接客の女性店員さんが席へ誘導してくれました??
私は滑舌が最近いまいちなんすよね〜?
豚のことを話すときは饒舌なんだけどな〜などと考えながら着席?
カウンターは一席ずつ広めに区切りされています。
定食を二つ頼んでも置けるスペースありますね?
千葉県産のブランド豚の東の匠メニューからとろロース定をオーダー?️
ご飯は白米か黒米の選択、汁は味噌汁か豚汁の選択が出来ます?ちょい悩み黒&豚に決定⚫?
ドレッシング2種とゴマが先提供。
ゴマをすりすりしながら待ちます。
ほどなくして豚が配膳??
断面を撮りたいので向きを変えようと豚に目をやると…一切れ断面が見えるように配置されています✨
とん膳さん、さすがです?
淡いピンク色の豚の身から光り輝く肉汁キラリ✨
歯による圧力を加えると更に肉の汁が湧き上がります?
塩で頂くと肉本来の旨味、甘みを感じれます?
