This place was a disappointment.
The meal was expansive.
Dish portions were small.
Mediocare ribs, very salty mediocare steak. Insulting 'decorative' leaves. Two slices of not so fresh bread.
Even if it was half the price, it would still be bad value for money.
Service was ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place used to be nice. Seems run down. Staff aren't up to the quality they used to be, and the food was totally out of order; salad came out last?? One person said they don't need a second drink so the staff assume everyone else didn't need refills... Guess we'll have to find a new place to get good american style ribs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went for weekend lunch and had the lunch burger and sirloin steak. The hamburger was a good size with fresh lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle and came with a side of fries and coleslaw. The sirloin steak was a reasonable size and tender. It came with an unnecessary side of tomato spaghetti (at least in my opinion). Hamburgers were a shade over 1200 yen and the steak just under 1500 yen. Refillable coffee was 91 yen extra. Overall atmosphere was relaxed and service was friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ribs were great, and free refills are always appreciated. Unfortunately the artichoke dip was very tiny and sad. It's nothing compared to what we get at Chilis in the U.S.
