場所は兵庫県ですが管理は大阪になってるようです。
水門付近は魚が良く釣れる？のかなルアー釣りしてる方が居ました。ただ、川沿いや水門付近には柵が有りますので乗り越えて入ってると思います。
水面から地上までかなりの高さが有るので転落したら100%上がれません。決して柵を乗り越えないように大人の行動しましょう。
