★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 市内に９つある町にそれぞれ置かれている地区センターの一つ。遠野市総合福祉センター内にあります。町民グランドゴルフ大会や町民男女混合ソフトボール大会、健康作り事業、生涯学習講座(例えばつるしびな教室とか)、乳ガン検診、骨粗鬆症予防検診、子宮頸ガン検診など、様々な活動を行っています。９月末に行われる福祉バザーに合わせて松崎町軽トラ市が開催され蜂蜜、かぼちゃ、林檎の三台が出店して完売するなど、大盛況だったそうです。

It was said that it was a great success, with Karato City, Matsuzakicho being held at the end of September at the welfare bazaar, and three honey, pumpkin, and apples opened and sold out.
