I was surprised that the price went up before I came for a while ? The manager is a friendly and fragile person. I'm a regular customer, but I only go there twice a year. I will go again soon ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aside from a great haircut, I came out with my face shaved and my egregious eyebrows tamed into a socially acceptable state, all for a very reasonable price. Didn't ask if they speak English, but I'd recommend them to anyone.
